Users should start by using Retinol 0.3 once or twice weekly to see how the skin reacts. They can then slowly work toward every other day or three times weekly. Starting with intermittent use can reduce skin irritation. For a more comfortable retinoid treatment experience, pair Retinol 0.3 with SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 to help shorten the retinoid adjustment period, improve tolerability, and decrease skin dryness.

• In the evening, a pea sized amount to clean dry skin, avoiding the eye and lip area.
• Allow product to absorb before applying other skincare products.
• Limit initial use to once or twice a week, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then every night as tolerated. It is important to establish consistent skin tolerance before advancing to a higher concentration.
• Retinol may increase photosensitivity. Always use a high-protection, broad spectrum sunscreen when using this product.
