“From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff. I mainly have contact with Lisa who I’ve met on reception, and with Rachel who’s carried out my Cool Sculpture treatments and both girls are so friendly & the consumate professionals too. I have just undertaken my 2nd Cool Sculpt treatments, and the results so far have been amazing. Rachel is excellent at her job & an expert with Cool Sculpting. Each step is explained in great detail & in a way which is extremely easy to understand, so you know exactly what to expect. I was under no disillusion that the first treatment would start my Cool Sculpt journey & I would see results initially. And I was extremely happy with my first treatment & seeing great results after only a week. But to achieve the look which I wanted, I would have to have one further treatment. So after about a 3 month healing process from my first treatment to my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, flanks & inner thighs, I’ve just undergone my 2nd & final round of treatment. But my upper abdomen reacted so well to the first treatment, that I didn’t need to have any other Cool Scuplt treatment to this area. Again, I have noticed a significant difference immediately after my treatment. But I know that it will be around 12 weeks before l see the end results in full, which I’m now looking forward to. Rachel has arranged an after-care appointment to ensure everything is OK after the treatment, which is very reassuring. But as with my first treatment & there being no issues, I am confident that there will be no problems this time. All in all, my experience of Cool Sculpting has been a very positive & enjoyable one with minimal discomfort & has given me the results I wanted & expected.
