Ultherapy® is the only FDA-cleared and CE mark certified non-surgical face-lifting treatment that lifts, sculpts and tightens the skin on the face, neck and décolletage! It uses micro-focused ultrasound with visualisation (MFU-V) technology, allowing your practitioner to see your layers of subdermal tissue and to customise your treatment, delivering the right amount of energy at the precise depths and temperature to stimulate areas that need collagen boost.
For most clients just a single treatment is enough to give them the lasting results they want. However, depending on the extent of your personal skin laxity, the biological response to ultrasound energy and your collagen building process some patients benefit from additional treatments. As all our skin continues to age future treatments can be beneficial which your practitioner will discuss with you. Each treatment appointment time will depend on the area being treated. A face and neck procedure can take 60-90 minutes while a brow & eye or décolletage can take just 30 minutes.
The area can be red or flushed looking but usually disappears within an hour or so. Some patients experience slight swelling, tingling or tenderness to the touch after too but these symptoms tend to go after a few days or weeks.
There maybe some discomfort during treatment which varies from person to person but it only lasts for as long as the ultrasound energy is being delivered. Ultherapy needs to heat the deep layers of the skin and everyone has different levels of sensitivities. Your practitioner will advise you on how best to manage any discomfort. You can resume your usual lifestyle immediately without following any special post-treatment protocols.

You may see some initial lift, but the ultimate results will take place over 3 months, as the growth of new collagen and elastin replaces old tissue targeted by the treatment.
